Tchaikovsky
(Toybot, 2007)
Tchaikovsky is a spinning/dancing robot driven by a feedback system. It was created from pieces of broken toys and parts from a walkman. It is controlled by an arduino board. Tchaikovsky has a microphone and a speaker, its movement is controlled by the sound it picks up and the sound is controlled by the movement it makes. This feedback loop makes Tchaikovsky a crazy spinning robot. This toybot was created for an introductory course in robotics called Autonomous Robots at the Interfaculty ArtScience.
